...for serious pike and predator anglers!
Vibration & Sound

Most of the lures that I design and make for pike fishing, are very vibratory/loud - i.e. noisy to the human ear.

All the more I can make a lure rattle and throb, the better the response I tend to get - especially at night during the summer months.

Believe me, I have experimented with all manner of devices to try and increase the vibration output of my handcrafted and shop brought lures. I have even made electronic sound emitters for calling pike to my dead baits!

The battery operated 'vibratory shaver' being one of my latest inserts to a handcrafted wooden lure (!)

I have caught many pike while using my electronic devices, but could not say for sure that the captures were due entirely to the electronic devices being used. What I can say for sure, is the devices never frightened pike off.

Hollow plastic plugs can easily be loaded with plastic or metal beads.

Some of my best catching lures are shop brought doctored ones.

Loud? - you bet they are!!

To get the best from a lure loaded with beads, you need to use a rod that has enough backbone in it to allow you to jerk the lure hard - creating loud noise effects. I highly recommend the RT range.
