The maximum fine, should you get caught without a rod fishing licence, is £2,500
If you don't think you'll ever be caught, should you not buy one - think again!!
I bet thare's not a day goes by that the EA don't catch a few licence dodgers.
Children under 12 years of age do not require a rod fishing licence.
Full and Concessionary rod licences expire on 31st March.
Failure to provide a valid Environment Agency rod licence could result in prosecution (maximum fine £2,500)
