 Your Gift Certificate will show for what it is intended, the client's name, the number of hours allocated, and date of the trip.

Payment instructions will be e-mailed to you along with an attached Gift Certificate.

 

Gift Certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase and are not transferable.

 

If not used within one year from date of purchase, the Gift Certificate will no longer be valid.

 

Sorry, no refunds will be given/offered for a Gift Certificate that has been allowed to expire.

 

This Gift Certificate does not guarantee that the person you are buying it for will catch fish on their day out with me.

Payment Agreement:-

I appreciate that I must pay in full should I not give you 21 days notice of cancellation.

 

 

Gift Certificate Expiry Date:-

Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.

I understand that there are no refunds offered/given for an expired Gift Certificate.

 

 

Cancellations:-

I understand that should I wish to cancel my booking, it must be done by telephone - not by e-mail.

 

 

Change Booking Date:-

I appreciate that should I wish to change the date of my booking, it must be done by telephone, at least 21 days prior to the date of my original booking.

 

 

Rod Fishing Licence:-

I understand that I and my boat partner/s must have a current rod fishing licence with us on the day/s that we have Booked with you.

 

 

Final Details:-

I appreciate that I must phone you two days before the date of my Booking to go over final details.

 

 

Food & Drink, Wet-Proofs & Warm Gear, Suntan Lotion, Hats, Foot Wear, etc:-

I appreciate that I and my boat partner must bring the following with us: Food and drink, wet-proofs and warm gear, suntan lotion, a sensible hat, plus suitable 'mud free' footwear.

 

I will e-mail confirmation of your Booking within 24 hours of you submitting this form.
