Due to clients often turning up unprepared for a days fishing in strong sunlight, rain, snow, or ice cold conditions, I have had to be
very precise with my Terms & Conditions below.

Catch & Release:-
I fully understand that you practice
'Catch & Release' and that all fish caught must be returned to the water.
Tackle:-
I loan quality tackle and supply dead baits totally free of charge.
Please Note: If you opt to use your own lure fishing tackle, I will not allow you to use my lures.
I
fully understand should I decide to bring my own lure fishing tackle with me, I will not be able to use your lures.
Payment
Agreement:-
I
fully understand that
I must pay in full should I not give you 21 days notice of
cancellation.
Cancellations:-
I fully understand should I wish to cancel my booking, it must be
done by telephone - not
by e-mail. Tel: 01603 714 352
Change Booking Date:-
I fully
understand should I wish to change the date of my booking, it
must be done by telephone, at least 21 days prior to the date of
my original booking.
Rod
Fishing Licence:-
I
fully understand that I and my boat partner/s must have a current rod fishing licence with us
on the day/s that we have Booked with you.
Smoking:-
No Smoking permitted while boat is moving, or while holding a fishing rod.
Should you wish to smoke, I'm more than happy to drop anchor for a few minutes.
I fully understand your requirements
regarding smoking while aboard your boat.
Final
Details:-
I
fully understand that I must phone you two days before the date of my
Booking to go over final details - between 7pm and 9pm
What To Bring With You:-
I
appreciate that I and my boat partner/s must bring the following
with us:-
Food and drink, wet-proofs and warm gear, suntan lotion,
a sensible hat, plus suitable ' mud
free footwear' that will keep feet dry in the worst weather conditions possible.
Due
to many people being on-line at the same time, it is possible that
I could receive two e-mails, from two different people, both
requiring the same date/s.
Should that happen, I will telephone or
e-mail you to try and arrange an alternative date.
I
will e-mail confirmation of your Booking within 24 hours of you
submitting this form.
Important:
To
have a full record of this Booking, press Print ( found in browser
menu ) before hitting the Submit button - alternatively, use File,
Save As.
Important: If you are using a pre-purchased Gift Certificate
to pay for this Booking, please specify details of purchase in the Comments Box above - i.e. before pressing Submit.
Very Important:
If you do not hear from me within 24 hours of pressing the
